"Our flight was delayed and our car rental fell through so we ended up taking a taxi from Bergamo. It was early hours of the morning when we arrived and Edin had waited for us on his own accord, checked us in and showed us to our beautiful room ! The room was clean and super comfy. "I was able to check in early, which was a great start. I arrived at Bergamo Airport just after lunch and discovered the shuttle wasn’t running, so I had to take a private taxi. Once I arrived, the hotel made a strong impression — modern, clean, good Wi‑Fi, and genuinely helpful staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and reasonably priced, and the barman was friendly and chatty. As it happened to be the day of the World Cup final, I chose to watch it from the comfort of my room. Negatives: As other reviewers have mentioned, the hotel is quite a walk from anything. The spa looked fantastic, but when I went to have a look, it was unmanned, and reception later told me it was closed. It would have been great to try it."
