He was so kind, professional, thorough in getting information for us about shuttle times, breakfast and even a dinner recommendation. As for the hotel - it was great! The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was perfect, the room was clean and spacious and the location was just minutes from the airport. Highly recommend. "
