Me gustó la ubicación sobre el mar, el desayuno, la pileta climatizada, la sala de juegos, el servicio de la recepción excelente, excepto una empleada extranjera (parecía venezolana o colombiana) que me atendió mal cuando le pedí algo puntual, no fue amable y parecía molesta. Lo que no me gustó el mantenimiento general de la habilitación, las cortinas, el espacio para apoyar o guardar la ropa, la escoba muy gastada. La habitación me resultó chica para 4 personas.

Nos sentimos muy cómodos, fuimos atendidos con mucha amabilidad y eficiencia. En la cocina, la pava eléctrica no era muy cómoda de usar y la cambiaron por otra mejor.

It was not so good airconditiining sucks the fan didn’t work the general conditions quite poor checkin quite after 3 PM breakfast served at your room quite poor and the room extremely expensive

Check-in procedure is complex.

Pros: -Close to the beach. -Convenient parking. -Comfortable bed. -Spacious room and balcony. Cons: -If you book through Expedia and/or are a foreigner, claiming the Hotel Tax rebate, be prepared to jump through hoops. Anyone, booking through Expedia, must forward the confirmation email to the hotel while standing at the front desk. This despite the fact that they clearly have your reservation information at hand. If you are a foreign tourist and would like to claim the Hotel Tax rebate you must present an airline ticket, for a flight out of Argentina, in addition to the requirements mandated by law. If you are departing Argentina by car I guess you have to pay the 21% tax. For everyone, they ask that you fill out a full page form with information that they already have (from Expedia, from your i.d. that they photocopy, from the email you forward, etc.). After refusing to do this, the front desk clerk finally acknowledged it was not necessary and asked that just the vehicle information be completed. To comply with the copious check-in procedure required two extra trips to the car, to get things, and took about half an hour. That's not the end of the world. However, if we had not been travelling with a laptop and all of our travel related documents (over and above those required by law) we may not have been able to check in at all. As the Boy Scouts say, "Be Prepared". -The included cold breakfast is good but bowls are not provided for the cereal.

esta cerca de la playa, lo único que puedo rescata

La falta de mantenimiento es muy notable, aire acondicionado sin funcionar. duchas tapadas, sauna seco con tablas rotas, vestuarios llenos de humedad, y así podría estar hasta el 2019 detallando las cosas sin mantenimiento! Te cobran como un 5 estrellas y llega a ser 3 como mucho ( todo esto por la poca inversión para repararlo). Tiene mucho que hacer para mejorar

Carisimo y un servicio muy pobre

Me parecio demasiado caro para el servicio que ofrecen. El spa es demasiado pequeño y todos los dias de mi estadia habia algo averiado (sauna, jacuzzi, etc) La wi fi tenia poca señal y se cortaba todo el tiempo. imposible ver una pelicula! El desayuno es pesimo y no hay buffet, se sirve en la habitacion para abaratar costos, lo que ocasiono demoras de hasta una hora!!! Un hotel que cobra mas de 250 DOLARES la noche no puede tener tan pesimo servicio de desayuno. El hotel tampoco tiene bar, o sea que no se disfrutan las instalaciones porque si bien hay sillones, nadie te sirve nada. La proxima vez voy a un hotel de 50 dolares donde seguramente me trataràn igual de indiferentemente. Lo unico que tiene lindo es la ubicaciòn, pero alrededor de ese, hay miles de otros hoteles. No veo motivo para volver a elegir este.

Best Beach Holiday

This hotel is a perfect location for a beach holiday. On the beach and close to all service in Carilo Village. Only suggestion is to have some of the information printed in English so important information is not lost in translation. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Solamente hotel con salida a la playa

La habitación asignada olía a podrido ( piso 2 ) , gentilmente nos dieron una nueva habitación ( 4 piso ) muy buena ! , pero la atención en los subsiguientes días al cual que las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear . El desayuno no es buffet cómo se publica , el spa no funcionan todos los servicios ,la limpieza de la habitación la realizan a cualquier hora . Contratamos un lugar para descansar y siempre había algo que no era lo establecido y daba stress escuchar la devolución del personal cuando tienen que satisfacer al cliente y brindarle una estadía excelente . De 4/5 estrellas no tiene nada ! Lo único bueno la saluda al mar !!! Saludos !

Vale la pena!

Pileta colapsada aunque bien puesta. A falta de agua potable deberian incluir en el precio un agua sin gas de gentileza. Por el resto todo bien. Muy bien ubicado y un cuarto simple, acorde a lo propuesto. Buena predisposicion del personal y buen desayuno.

Me sentí muy mal ayendido

Primero reservé con vista al mar y no se cumplio. Segundo la habitación tenía 40 grados de temperatura, nos cansamos de pedir que la bajaran durante todo el fin de semana, sin exito, es mas, a titulo de cargada, nos decian que "abrieramos la ventana". Me pareció una falta de respeto total que nos mintieran de semejante manera, de hecho a una de las señoritas la hicimos ingresar a la habitación para verificar lo que deciamos, y su respuesta fue...hay mucha humedad. LA pasamos mal, no vuelvo ni lo recomiendo

Buen apart mala habitacion

El apart esta ubicado frente a la playa, con hermosas vistas. La pileta y el spa son muy lindos asi como todos los ambientes comunes el problema esta al menos en la habitacion que nos toco...necesitan URGENTE un cambio de ropa blanca, todas las toallas viejas y con manchas que se ve que ya no salen, los aconchados tambien manchados, las fundas de los almohadones tambien con manchas...pedimos batas y tenian agujeros (no exagero, tengo fotos) tambien esta agujereada toda la cortina blackout, por lo que si filtraba el sol y parrafo aparte para el ventilador (creo que por el precio deberian tener aire acondicionado) el ventilador hacia ruido fuertisimo...imposible ponerlo en funcionamiento. En general toda la habitacion daba una sensacion de descuido que no se correspondia con el resto del complejo. Como se que la gerencia lee les informo que la habitacion es la 203 tal vez puedan solucionarlo para dar un mejor servicio. Para destacar el desayuno que era muy bueno y la atencion del Sr. que esta a la noche fue muy amable y servicial. Volveria...solo espero que me toque otra habitacion....que no todas sean asi y solo hayamos tenida mala suerte.....
