"The hotel is close to anything you may be planning to do in Ann Arbor. Easy access to the highway and to campus or The Big House, and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The hotel has been completely renovated and the effort to keep it looking fresh and clean is apparent. The rooms are large, and having a fridge and microwave is extremely helpful. The 24 hour coffee and tea service is a plus along with generous hours for breakfast service in the morning.
The staff was very helpful, friendly, and approachable with any questions or suggestions. They made a real effort to accommodate us when we requested that a room for our daughter, who was joining us the day after we arrived, be on the same floor. She was given the room next door to us which was extremely convenient. We stayed here 2 years ago when Hilton first acquired the hotel and renovations had just begun. The transformation was obvious and well done. We would not hesitate to choose Spark on our next trip to Ann Arbor!"
