"The room was clean and check in was efficient. However, I didn’t understand how they advertised breakfast and then had a sign up saying that it was a private breakfast for a group that was staying there. Also there was no real sugar just artificial sweetener and no creamer at all. The pool was out of order which I had planned to use after driving all day. Overall it was just an ok stsy"

"Plenty of parking. Great breakfast- I loved the toppings for the oatmeal and the fresh yogurt machine. The room was comfortable. The staff was helpful. We stayed to be near the children’s hospital for a procedure and we needed extra towels and pillows, which were provided no problem. The only thing that we would like to see changed is in the bathroom. The toilet seat should have a cover for hygiene and so you don’t feel like you are going to drop something in it by mistake. "I do not recommend this hotel. We booked a two queen bed room through Expedia. We have three small children as well as my husband and myself. Upon arrival we were given a room with one king bed. The hotel claimed that Expedia sent the wrong information to them, and even though my receipt said two queen beds, they would not honor it. "Very comfortable bed I thought the room was clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was extremely quiet. It was very nice comfortable."

"We had a double king room. Was disappointed that we didn’t have a microwave in the room. I have a problem with dry eyes and need to heat up an eye compress and had to do it in the public area. Someone had made popcorn in there before I put my compress in and made it smell like burnt popcorn! I also drink tea and brought my own tea bags but had Togo downstairs to use the microwave for that all three nights of our stay."
