The room was dirty, the hot tub I would never even try to get in as it looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The entire room smelled like cigarettes. The two end tables next to the bed with the laps were not plugged in and there was no plug to plug them in. The floor felt so dirty. The shower door was full of soap scum and the floor was dirty I had to put towel down to stand on to shower. I will never stay here again. The pictures on line look nothing like the property.

Room was cleanish. Found stuff under the beds though. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No hot tub, looks like it was tiled over, and that was the whole reason we booked there. Pool also looked a bit sketchy. Plenty of parking close to the entrance.

When we checked in, I swear the man at the desk was smoking or vaping pot. It smelt like pot real bad when you walked i. The door. Hot tub was so loud that it couldn’t be used. Someone’s hair was wrapped around the blow dryer. Did not look very clean. The room smelled terrible. We had to open up the patio sliding door for fresh air and it did not have a screen door. The pad for the bed was not big enough and it stopped about the area of your upper back so you felt that all night. Breakfast food was a joke. Cereal was all I saw. We ran out of toilet paper because there was hardly any there to start with. The guy at the front desk said they were out of supplies and told us to go to the hotel next door and say he sent us and they would give us one. Won’t stay there again and will warn others.

Well our wedding night was ruined because of our Room the walls had cracks all over it out side our door you can tell there was water damage from the 2nd floor that had jacuzzi tubs which we had one reserved when we arrived got told they where closed for renovations on the tubs then got told we would get a different room which I described above, we didn’t even have toilet paper we asks for it an they front desk said it will be 30 mins til the person getting in will have it, waited then went back the guy said still no toilet paper, we went to another hotel. Still waiting for a some kind of response for a refund!!

The first thing was the entrance into the hotel lobby, it was as narrow and the front door of a home. The cement was broken on spots. You could see spots on the fascia that needed repair not to mention the interior of the hotel. It only had 2 luggage carriers and they felt like they were ready to fall apart as we wheeled our luggage to our room. There was no coffee pot ot hair dryer in the room and the TV left alot to be desired; the channels were fuzzy and picture not clear. The hotel needs a major make-over before I will stay there again.

First room they put us in the heat didn’t work, that moved us to a different room and heat worked but there were stains on one of the beds from an actively leaking ceiling. There was not way to take a shower as there was no knob. No remote for tv or in room coffee…. I have pictures, the place needs to be condemned

Place was not very clean. Breakfast was minimal. Bathroom door could block main door or get hit. Bathroom tissue holder came out. Toilet paper seemed to have mold. Sheets did not feel clean. Getting onto the highway is a little risky in that area. One nice restaurant right next to the place though. It was barely okay for the short time we stayed. May not return.

When we pulled in the lights on the main sign were out and the 2nd floor rooms had their balconies and screen doors in various states of disrepair. The gentleman that checked us in was friendly. Our room was dirty and the floors had dog hair packed into the corners (we didn’t take our shoes off), the toilet, mirror and sink was dirty, our bathroom doorframe was rotted away at the base and someone had shoved a toilet paper roll in the hole, the bathtub was stained/mouldy, smoke detectors were missing from the mounts, etc. I was searching the mattresses/bedding with my flashlight for any signs of bedbugs. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and this was by far the worst. We thought a Wyndham association would have meant something but unfortunately it did not. We would have left but we arrived late in the evening, were tired from our long drive and had to be up early for an appointment.

The staff was terrific. The room was awful. The tv didn’t work, the bathroom faucet was broken, the toilet ran the entire time, the sliding glass door wasn’t safe. The hallway smelled and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The breakfast was not very appealing and the coffee was cold or not any at all

Helpful staff at front desk. Aware of potential smell at reception area but staff sprayed freshener. Pictures on website look newer than actual property, but generally clean and quiet still. Did not get to try their breakfast.

The stay was okay, we booked a 2 day stay but had to get our keys updated because only one day was on it for some reason. A couple of lights did not work, and there was this stain on the bedframe. Other than that though, it was not a bad experience.
