"Great stay overall at the Avon Residence Inn! Staff were warm and genuinely helpful from check-in to checkout, room was clean and spacious with a great kitchen setup, and the hot breakfast was a solid start to the day. Property is quiet and well-kept. My only miss: the bed felt old — I could feel springs and it seemed slightly tilted to one side, which made sleep tough. With a mattress refresh, this place would be perfect. I'd definitely stay again."

"What a beautiful and charming inn! I loved everything about it. The restaurant food was delicious, and the breakfast was fresh and excellent. The coffee was amazing, and the organic milk was such a nice touch. The area is beautiful, and the parking was extremely convenient. I also felt very safe staying there with my two small children. "Overall, a good experience. The staff was excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional. The room was clean and smelled fresh. My only suggestion would be to address the odor in the lobby and hallways; perhaps a deep carpet cleaning would help, as the initial impression can be misleading. Even so, I enjoyed my stay and would return."
