"They had a crows nest type deck to sit and enjoy the water which was great. We went in March so still chilly. We will opt for 2nd or 3rd floor next time. They had wine and cheese at 4pm and continental breakfast at 8 am-ish. Flies made cheese and crackers part unappealing and it was not even available first night. Continental breakfast was ehhhh. Most options were past sell date. Mike greated us when we got there and showed us around. Super nice. Would have liked to have a list of restaurants...

"Very spartan room which was fine as it had decent amenties. One small thing that would really help would be to fix the drapery on the window. It was hanging off the rod & made the room look terrible. Staff was friendly & efficient."

"Mold covered leftover food in the refrigerator. Walls were paper thin. We could hear the couple in the room next door talking until 1:00am and the hear the male guest snoring the rest of the night. Second stay in a row at an IHG property we have had issues with. Last one had no A/C. That was the only up side to this stay, the A/C was above average for this franchise. Requested a call from management, nothing as of today. Selected this property based on price, you get what you pay for."

"Cute little dormer had everything we needed. Much more than a “room rental.” Owners very helpful and anxious to please. Abundance of info given on surrounding areas and dining. We thoroughly enjoyed all the dining options they recommended. We should have paid more attention to the detail that renters need to climb 3 sets of stairs. We did not have a problem with that (other than ground or second floor would have been easier) or but others may. A good experience for us. "

"I booked the room and received a handicap accessible room which was dated but clean. Everything was good until at 9am I received not one but three times a knock on my door from housekeeping? Not sure why since checkout is 11am? Not happy with it and I was going to stay another night but chose to move on "

"It was very interesting. It’s a big house with different rooms. We all share the kitchen, living room, laundry room, pool and deck area. Overall it was pretty good. One thing that did irritated go get it brought our dog and all you can hear is another dog barking 85% of the time.!"
