"There was a defective alarm clock in my room that started blaring at 5:30!! This area is not my time zone, so I had only been asleep 3 hours. It was unplugged from the wall, so no lit up numbers shown. I clumisly hit all the buttons and it stopped... only to go off in 10 min. Then I had to turn on all the lights, plug it in the wall to see the lit numbers only to find it would not let me turn it off. I had to remove the batteries by unscrewing the back. By now, there was NO WAY I could sleep again. I told the lady up front.
-She did not apologize or show any empathy
-She said her manager was not there
-She denied any help with a refund since I paid to sleep in a hotel that I could not sleep!
-The manager has not called me back
-They "can't find" my name or reservation number
-They won't refund because it was through Expedia
Do not go to this terrible business."
