"Suited my needs for Airport/Cruise ports. Close to Southbank so I had plenty to do in my spare time. Hotel was a little hard to find as on foot and confusing with 2 with same name in close radius. Nice touch was good coffee at reception."

I could not watch TV without an existing netflix /Stan account. Regular non pay tv wouldn't work? Pros: Lovely welcoming, well presented staff. Ample easy access parking. Well maintained gardens. "The room was clean Staff was friendly Parking was very good The big downfall was we booked a studio room. It was on the ground floor( which I wasn’t aware Blinds. when you opened the curtains You look straight into student accommodation straight into their bedrooms my piece of advice when booking don’t book the ground floor studio. I was happy to pay extra for a room higher with a view, but nothing available would’ve been nice to have the curtains open to let some natural light in the room."

"Lovely staff. Old tired rooms , loud noisy air conditioning and lots of road noise. The view as we opened or doe to leave each morning was not pleasant, cleaning equipment rubbish piled onto trolleys. Third stay wand we won’t be back."
