Hotel murah di Pine Valley

"This was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was so friendly, they told us to hurry so we could see the beautiful sunset. So glad we listened and took a walk. Breakfast thd next morning was fabulous. We would stay again if the chance comes up!"

"I didn't get to stay there only one night. I was transported by ambulance to a hospital so I really can't evaluate the stay I wish I could get money refunded. I paid for the whole stay and only spent one night Oh well, life I guess"

"I didn't like we were put in a handicap room????? The shower was very difficult to figure out but our friends figured it out for us the second night. Toilet paper was not friendly for the price we paid! Loved the mattress though, would like to buy one just like it! I'd give it a 70% rate, but wouldn't stay there again!"

"Upon checking in for our mini vacay we were greeted by a wonderful front desk staff member, I didn’t catch her name but she was nothing but pleasant. She even offered me a treat for our four legged family member that joined along on our trip. The room had a mold mildew smell which could have also been because it was a pet friendly room. Also wish the air conditioner was newer or better maintained. It took overnight for it to actually cool the room down. Other than that though the location was...

"All the amenities were very helpful. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good. The hot tub definitely felt good after a long day of hiking. The staff was excellent because we had an air conditioner problem. We were moved to another room and was upgraded for free would highly recommend."

"My primary complaint is that instead of being able to park in front of room or stair well you need to enter thru lobby and take elevator to rooms. That info was not mentioned in the booking app."

"My first day I was a bit disappointed in the water pressure. I went to the front desk and they sent Greg the maintenance man. He was there in 3 minutes and fixed the pressure. Absolutely was wonderful."
