"Location great, beds great, yes it was clean, needs some details taken care of…scratches on hall walls, dings in room walls, mildew corners of tub/base of tub, cracks above doorway into bathroom, door lock busted into at one time but it was working."

"Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, but the shower was not up to par although it was very clean.. No grab bars at all and tub controls were very hard to use. Our overall stay was good."

"It’s appears I was charged $20 over prearranged room rate. I will wait and see if it’s removed as an incidental charge. There was no body wash in shower dispenser. Too late to ask when I’m taking shower. Outside irrigation sprinkler was malfunctioning. It was shooting water into parking lot."

"We had a wonderful experience. We were able to check in early, Everyone we have encountered : front desk, maintenance, housekeeping and breakfast staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was just as pictured, beds were comfy and the hotel was clean."

"I will choose this hotel because the staff are great! The wife that manages the hotel has been very nice tor every time I have booked and has been very friendly plus helpful. She's absolutely amazing and I highly recommend this hotel on the prices. Better deals here then any other hotel in the Southern Pines/ Aberdeen area by far. It may has its flaws when it comes to some cleaniness but you can see it's potential because of how the manager wants to improve things."
