Cari Chalet di Piney Flats

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Every room in our group had issues, including clogged toilets, showers that did not drain properly, and sinks where the water would barely go down. "The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However the Expedia amenities included in the search was not actually included. The breakfast that was said to be included was not. It did not actually have a hot tub as stated in the Expedia search parameters."

"Breakfast was very good! Some staff at front desk were rude and inconsiderate! Our grandson suffers from traumatic anxiety and had a bed accident! "Not very clean, the room didn’t have enough towels and the staff was hesitant about giving more out (sheesh talk about ridiculous), the breakfast food was not appealing or tasty at all. Won’t stay here again… that’s for sure."

"It was a great hotel. Getting the suite was definitely worth it. We would stay here again on our next visit."

"Service personnel were super friendly and impressive. You could tell they love taking care of the guests!"
