"The room was comfortable. The lobby and hallways were clean. The gentleman at the counter the night we checked in, and the lady the following evening, were both SUPER helpful and friendly. The lady at the counter during checkout was less than friendly and seemed very put off by having to speak with me. Other than that specific instance, it was a pleasant experience overall. "

"Our room was clean, the breakfast area wasn't maintained as far as cleaning the tables for the next person and coffee was out. Breakfast was ok. They tried to charge me for a reservation I didn't make"

"I liked the closeness to restaurants and the Bogue Inlet Pier. This was the main reason for the stay was for fishing. Only negative was the 1 hour delay to get in my room for check-in. The stated time was 3pm and I didn't get in until a little after 4pm."

"Breakfast was terrible as guest were asking for items to be refilled, the front desk employees were very rude and sarcastic. When wanting more towels, I was standing at the front desk for at least 5 minutes waiting for the employee to return to ask for the towels."

"Room was very clean. Shower was awesome. Beds were soft. Parking available right in front of room. Overall very nice just wish there was coffee maker in room and ice machine available instead of getting small bag from office"

"The property was beautiful! Just walk from your room to the beach in less than five minutes. Free parking on site. My room was clean and well stocked. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There was food and drink items for sale in the main office. A washer and dryer were available for use in the laundry room. Very quiet and in close location to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely come back and stay again!"
