"Absolutely loved our stay and would go again. Staff were attentive to the very end (taxi to airport). Very helpful in guiding us in which taxi to book. Loved that there was Disney themed activities. Slight bummer that outdoor pool was under maintenance but at least there was an indoor pool. The change rooms near there lacked appropriate facilities for changing a baby. Would be great if there was a change table. "

"Everything was amazing. We arrived very late and they were quick to get us set up in our room and even brought extra toiletries for our youngest child including a robe and slippers her size. They offered a free shuttle to the local shopping centres and were very helpful with providing suggestions on how to spend our time "

"I have a well welcome from bell boy Kenny, while I’m doing the check in , he offer my old uncle a card to gent if he needed, he will also reminder my elderly to bring more cloths cox the weather is cold. He indeed a very helpful and caring staff . And Joyce and miko helping us with smooth check in , they reminded the housekeeping to keep and eyes on us cox we got elderly check in. I’m very thankful to 3 of them especially, let us a pleasant and warm stay. "
