"Great location, fantastic view and room had all the essential amenities. Lovely and clean. Easy and pretty walk along g beach to ferry for magnetic island. Only complaint was tried to purchase laundry detergent and machine gobbled up coins with no product. When I explained this to reception, they said not their problem with no offer of refund or detergent."

"The room was passable however when I took the hot water kettle out of the cupboard the base of it appeared to be full of several kids of insect. This seemed to be contained to this one area and hotels in town were sold out so we made do and moved on."

"From check in to check out, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We requested an early check in, which was available. Staff knew our flight arrived quite early, and were able to have our room available even earlier. Which was greatly appreciated. The room was great, very clean and was kept clean throughout our stay. Staff were always friendly and accomodating. It is a great central location. With plenty of cafes & restaurants around you. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return....
