Hotel murah di Pinopolis

" I review the hotel upon every visit hoping that the owner will invest and renovate this property. It is a great location and he community is growing. The furnishings are at least 20 years old! There aren't charging stations or options for entertainment on the TV. I couldn't stream the channels that I have because the TV setup is so old. The breakfast is blah now, not very many options, and the service- simple things like making the bed is unheard of. The manager gives a lot of double speak...

"First room I could not lock the door. Second room I had to place a towel to fill in space between the door and the floor. The pictures was not what the room was however the bed was comfortable. I feel that because we booked through Expedia we were given the poorest room available. This place was a 2.5 at best. "

"Hotel was nice and staff were great. The hotel is dated and in need of renovation. The furniture in the room was scratched and peeling and there was mold in the corners of the bathroom walls."

"Breakfast was good Bathroom could be upgraded a little.Bed was comfortable the pillows could have been better. They really need to put coffee makers in the room. That was a big downfall for me"

"1st impression: Felt unsafe and had a musty stench in the air. Beds were made in a very disheveled manner. Ran out of toilet paper and couldn’t get more until housekeeping got there which was after we had to check out. No shampoo or conditioner provided. Good points: Appreciated having an elevator. Air conditioner / heater ran well. It was nice to have a kitchenette even though we didn’t use it. "

"The initial staff checking in was polite, but the 2nd day staff was rude, disrespectful, threatening, nothing good to say about the front desk girl with a lazy eye or cross eyed. While I was an an outing with my kids, they rummaged through our stuff in the room, stole some stuff, like a phone charging cable & a hair brush. When I asked to have it added to a room, customer report, she all of a sudden found our stolen stuff. The place was very dirty, but we were unable to obtain a room elsewhere."

"Room was so clean, property was clean, staff was lovely and accommodating. The gym was small but had everything you need it in (dumbbells to 45 , TRX bands , ropes , medicine balls, couple treadmills ) 24 hour refreshment bar . Breakfast was fantastic travelling with 2 teenage boys (sausage , eggs, potatoes, greek yogurt ) filled everyone up nicely . My family will stay at this hotel again when travelling down to Florida . Everything you need on a quick stopover ."

"Convenient location, room was sort of clean, used toilet paper roll and a makeup towel with lipstick stains was left in our room but no smell to the room, kind of had a sewage smell outside but it wasn’t too bad, they have free breakfast but the eggs smelled bad so we went across the street for McDonald’s. Can hear everything outside of your room we could hear people walking up and down the stairs and walking by our room even with the door shut.Pool is not heated so wasn’t accessible yet....

"Our room was clean and had all amenities we needed. The A/C in the room was on when we arrived I turned it to a lower temp that we were comfortable with. When I was finished with my shower the room was at the lower temperature. The staff that we came in touch with were amazing. Kind and friendly and always willing to help in any way."

"I was here for a staycation and this was the perfect area. Lots to do and plenty to eat. Not to mention the hotel has great indoor and outdoor seating, bar pool. Overall the hotel and location is a 10/10 highly recommend."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the back side next to the highway and it very noisy. I asked for another room and they were very understanding and change my room. I would recommend this hotel but ask not to be put in a room next to the highway. "

"I booked this stay for my mobility limited, elderly mother. The staff was so incredibly kind, allowing me to visit the room before my booking to make sure the hotel would work for my mother’s needs. During her stay, the staff realized that my mother had a difficult time opening the door to her room, so they took it upon themselves to make her a plate for breakfast morning and bring it to her. The room itself was very spacious and clean. We are so thankful for the wonderful staff, and excellent...
