"An excellent, excellent stay at the Galle Face Hotel. The staff were so kind and attentive, especially the entire guest relations team of Darshi, Viduni, Kithara, Dinushi, and Ivoni, who surprised us with a gorgeous setup for our anniversary, and Kenan who gave us a special hotel 'heritage tour.' We stayed 2 days, but the kids were so sad to leave. The breakfast was expansive and delicious, and the swimming pool is apparently the only hotel salt pool in Sri Lanka. The sunset viewing area is beautiful and just everything about this hotel was wonderful."

"Met high expectations of a hilton hotel but service and food was generally good. Breakfast was incredible, pool side food was just ok. But family room was huge and good location to the few things there is to see in colombo"

"The pool area is nice and is the best feature of this hotel. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is OK. Deluxe rooms are worth the extra money for the A/C but the wifi across the complex is very poor indeed. "
