"I never ended up staying at the property as when checking in they gave away the room of the couple we were traveling with. Though advertised as "guaranteed" they overbooked the property and the only reason I got the last room was because I checked in before them when we arrived. It could easily have been me if they checked in first. "The property looked like it was just renovated which looked great. The rooms were nice and spacious, however bed was a bit hard and not enough linens on it."

"Loved everything about this stay. Although it was a last minute booking, the staff was very pleasant and patient. The hotel is very clean exceeding expectations and feels very safe. Plenty of parking, amenities are great. Feels like a very luxurious room. They even have a safe in the closet. Breakfast was also very delicious offering to go options and hot meals such as cinnamon rolls, eggs, sausages, pancakes etc."

"We were checking in after 3:00 and the room was not ready. Needed to wait 15 minutes. There was no hot water, the bottom hinge on the bathroom door was off the door - screws were stripped out, the toilet seat was sliding off the toilet, only 1 washcloth for the 2 of us, the sheets were probably clean but were stained. We had scheduled to stay another night but we asked to have our money back for the 2nd night and went somewhere else. Hopefully the refund goes through - the gal at the desk...

"This property was nice, especially having the large open space in the back with a large pond and walking area for us and our dog nearby. We had some issues with the room: the bathroom door didn’t close completely and the microwave locked itself down and it took much effort to get my drink out. The chair in the room desperately needs a pillow, as it’s horribly uncomfortable without something to fill in the round shape. Don’t bother with the buffet breakfast unless you’re not choosy about...

"I thought the place was mediocre. Honestly, the price was pretty high, considering there no pool or hot tub, no breakfast, etc. They don’t even have a continental breakfast. When I checked in and asked about breakfast, the lady looked at me like I was stupid. The room wasn’t bad, it was clean. The hotel sits right next to food places , so you have choices without having to drive anywhere."

"The staff up front were very helpful and although the restaurant was closed, they helped us source other food from outside vendors since we arrived later than anticipated. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. I forgot some toiletries so they provided those and were considerate and friendly. The grounds of the property were very nice also with well manicured landscapes. Overall it’s a great place to stay."

"Reasonable size room for a single bedroom. Had a pizza box and left over food in the fridge. A call to the office brought a man to remove the food but left a small food smear on the shelf inside. Was fairly quiet to be so close to the freeway. AC was not needed as it was a mild evening. Parking was sufficient for the occupants.Staff was courteous although reluctant to send someone out to fix the fridge problem (it was 9:30 at night) but did send him."
