"The hotel itself was great; it was very clean, and there was always an attendant at the front desk if you had any questions. The only issue I had was that room service never came to replace used towels or tidy up the room. Also, the shower has a gap that allows water to flow onto the floor, creating a slipping hazard."

"This hotel is extra awesome! The staff is beyond amazing. When I did a marker to make sure my son didn’t lose his things during his first dorm experience, Dezere was right there. Keeping us feed, encouraged and excited to tell the stories of our day was Brittney! Robbie in the morning was a breath of fresh air and when I couldn’t find my son at breakfast one morning he called in the men’s bathroom for me to see if he was there. "When we walked in the front door, the entry and lobby smelled so good - EVERY day. Our room and bathroom were very clean. AC was wonderful. Room was spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Christina at the front desk was always warm, friendly, cheerful and helpful- no matter the time of day. She is a HUGE plus to this location. "This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better."
