"This is a unique property well located in downtown Greenport. The beds and linens were comfortable , slippers and robes available. There is parking available but it can fill up especially later in the evening. Also unique in that the front desk is not staffed -there is a phone number to call for service and check in . The phone is answered promptly and they were friendly each time I called. They provided coffee and ice water in the common area . Lots of restaurants with in walking distance...

"Definitely stay here! A perfect location, walkable to so many cute restaurants and shops. Beautiful water view from the rooftop. Most comfortable bed and gorgeous, clean room. And the icing on the cake (almost literally!) is the snack room on each floor with fresh baked cookies, fresh juices, chips, candies and more. They make a wonderful espresso martini at the bar too. We hope to be back!"

"Room small but very functional, well decorated, bath modern, and very upscale. First night the attendant was wonderful. That was on the 18th. Next day, we had a leak at the shower because the molding on shower door was not working correctly, and the floor got wet. Staff was not really very responsive to that. Had a wonderful area for eating at the restaurant with nice fire pits, very nice with an overview of the water. Nice porch to be able to sit and read in the morning or many people were...

"The views are amazing! The breakfast was a great perk. Short drive to town but you really don't need to leave the grounds with bar/restaurant/beach/pool all there."

"All false advertising. Building was like a place college kids would stay . Rooms were old looking , furniture old . Pictures are no where close to what it was supposed to to be . No amenities on property at all . Found out when we got there we had to use the pool if we wanted a mile down the road . We were on a busy road with a house and truck stop ice cream place as scenery"

"We liked the location, right off a main highway with a wonderful seafood restaurant that we were able to walk to. The lady at the desk told us exactly where to park, convenient to our room location. Breakfast was diverse and food was fresh and tasty. The room was spacious with a couch included. The bathroom was small with limited counter space. Overall, we were happy."

"The home itself is older, historic, and absolutely beautiful from the outside. When we arrived, we rang the doorbell and eventually a voice came over the speaker telling us check-in instructions had been emailed. We never received that email until the following day, and with no one there to greet us, even finding our room was difficult.
