"I’ve been training to the Worldmark Wyndham resort for almost two decades, and that is because that place never lets me down. I consider it a home away from home. The staff is excellent and very professional. The condos are very well kept and is one of the best places I’ve had the pleasure to relax at. Overall, everything about that place gets all stars."

"I really liked the layout of the room with one king bed. i felt so cozy and contained. a great big tv screen and it worked! and a nice easy chair and a bench to keep your luggage with a desk and chair. plus a bathtub. i didn't really want to leave bc it was so cozy. . the only issue is on the ground floor on a busy night, there are lots of doors opening and cars coming in and out. and people talking and music playing. still, i would definitely return."

"The caboose was really cute. Loved my time of stay. Room booking includes homemade breakfast. The breakfast is freshly made. The staff, Gabriella and Anna were very much friendly and great to chat with. They were quite accommodating. Special requests were taken care of really well. It’s definitely a must visit for great experience. The place also has access to private Dock Area to relax and enjoy some time by the lake."

"This is truly a "Hidden Gem". My wife and I booked this for a long-weekend getaway not too far from our home in the SF East Bay. The website looked promising and it had been a long time since either of us had been to the Clearlake area so it was somewhat of a "shot-in-the-dark". To say it exceeded our expectations is an understatement. The Hotel is immaculate, the grounds are well maintained, the service was prompt, efficient and friendly and the weekend breakfast was delicious. It is perfect for a place to simply get away and relax. It is right next door to the Blue Wings Saloon (and restaurant) where we ate 2 of the 3 nights we stayed there. The live musicians on the weekend were great and the outdoor patio setting (mid-September) was warm and very pleasant. And if you're looking for a little more action - the Robinson Rancheria Resort & Casino is about a mile away (which was also well maintained, low key and fun). Well worth the trip"

"Checked in late , 2100 hours. Once in the room, one bed looked as though it had been slept in. It was unmade with all pillows stacked on it. Trash can was full. Towels hung over shower door. Called the answering service since the office was closed. The manager’s wife talked to me. The manager came by to “verify” that the room has not been serviced. The two of them offered an upgrade to a room with 2 kings and a view of the lake. This room was clean. I also got a later check out time by 2 hours. It was a hassle though."
