The staff were exceptional and nothing was of any trouble and every request was met with efficiency and grace. The icing on the cake was that we could use the facilities at their sister hotel, The Crown Plaza, which was a mere 4 minute walk from Holiday Suites, We enjoyed their gym and rooftop pool on a number of occasions.
