They gave me sheets in a bag to make my bed that were dirty with stains the breakfast was not there the guy said she called out. "While the staff was very amiable the bed bugs weren’t. The bug were bold enough for me to able to find them on my body and clothes when the lights were turned on and when I pulled back the sheets I discovered the distinctive markings of their past exploits, blood splattered throughout."

"The room was clean, housekeeping was fantastic and accommodating. Front desk was helpful. Kids loved the pool, hot tub was a perfect temp. Being able to get coffee and hot water at all hours was a bonus. "
