"Very very nice hotel with lots of services (Universal parks ticketing, car rental, a gift shop, restaurant, a pool bar & Starbucks) in addition to an awesome and clean pool, a large gym, a mini game room. Everything you need for a family or even for a romantic stay ! We had a great time ! The hotel is clean, the room is large, the people at the gift shop, the life guards as well as the person from the ticketing booth were so welcoming and helpful ! Thanks a lot to everyone :-)

"Property is less than 5 min from Universal. Rooms are clean and well kept. Full breakfast with good coffee. Traffic can get crazy in that area but it’s right by a park that’s to be expected! I’ll definitely be back we enjoyed our stay!"

"Room was beautiful and had plenty of space, pool bartender was friendly and gave great service. Breakfast was great and had a decent amount of options. Pool area got very loud at a certain time of the night and we did see some kids that were staying on top floor spit down and almost hit the people sitting in one of the cabana areas. We did not travel with pets this time but they did have an artificial grass area to walk them "
"We traveled as a family of six and booked two rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel—it’s conveniently close to Universal, offers a shuttle to the park, is very clean, and serves a wide variety of delicious food."
"We did not like the fact that jacks restaurant was not opened for dinner. After a long day of shopping, we we're very tired and really could have used a nice quiet dinner in the hotel but instead we had to fight the traffic and go out. The hotel itself was very clean and very accommodating."
"Honestly the only problem my wife and I found was that when I scanned the QR code in the elevator and pulled up the menu it said there would be omlets available for breakfast. Every morning when we went down there were no omlets so that was disappointing."
