"We loved the location of the hotel and the breakfast options. Gluten free options were available every day on request. Would’ve liked a kettle in the room as I do love a coffee when I first wake up. There are many restaurants and a supermarket so close to the hotel that we were never short of options. "We could not have asked for a better stay while in Pisa. The service and communication prior to our arrival was excellent. Our room was clean and updated without loosing the old world character. "Location is amazing with a view of Pisa tower from the window. Room was clean and well maintained with a good shower. Check in staff were helpful and let us leave luggage before check in and booked a taxi for us when asked. Even being so close to a busy area, you couldn’t hear any noise from outside with the window shut. The view from the window was just amazing. "
