Beach view? There was no beach view. Since it was just a place to spend the night, the vacant lot, other buildings and street view didn't bother me.

This was such a perfect spot and a beautifully updated little 7 room hotel. It was a block from the pier with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We stayed for 2 nights and the price was so affordable for such a great spot! Ray, the manager, was super nice to talk to and let us know more than once that if there was anything we needed to just call him. We would definitely stay again!

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this motel was. The manager was great and the place was clean! They even had GOOD coffee and plenty of it. Will stay again!!!!

Amazing staff, excellent location 3 minute walk to the Pier, excellent room with personal touches that we haven’t seen with other places, would definitely stay again! Only drawback is beds are full size and weren’t to comfortable but it would not stop us from staying again. Parking spaces are tight for larger vehicles but if your car fits you’ll be grateful for the space. Great experience though!

Booked two rooms here while driving south and am so lucky they were available. This hotel doesn't have alot of amenities - no hotel restaurant, no hotel lobby, etc, but the customer service, the rooms and the location are hard to beat. Book here if you want a room to enjoy Pismo Beach area at a great value. I would stay here over and over as the staff were amongst the kindest I've encountered.- kinda like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast, but one block from the beach. Highly recommend with no hesitation.

We had an absolutely delightful stay. Johnny, the Innkeeper, could not have been more helpful. The location was walking distance to the beach and also somehow managed to be very quiet at night. And wow, was the room clean! Highly recommended.

Johnny was the coolest 'inkeep/consierge' we've ever had. The motel was very nicely renovated and this will be our destination stay in Pismo from here on out.
