"Disappointing Dining Experience: The breakfast was very poor, and the food completely lacked flavor. Furthermore, the employee staffing the omelet station was highly unprofessional. I requested an omelet without ham, which visibly angered her. She then purposefully included ham in my omelet anyway. Shockingly, she did the exact same thing to my son.
