Nice clean room , comfy beds, lovely hosts and breakfast was delicious. If you have chance, try the Cidsin Bistro, the hotel’s Indian restaurant, during your stay you won’t e disappointed. Conveniently located,with Pitlochry centre Only a 10 minute walk. We were skiing at Glenshee during our stay which was a 50 minute drive away.

Although I only stayed for one night, I had a wonderful experience. We were able to check-in early and were assigned a cozy, warm room. The hotel is family-run, and the staff were all sweet, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was great too! One thing to note is that there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up to your room if you're staying on the second floor.

Hotel is great. Rooms a bit dated but good size and spotless. Decent shower and comfy bed. The staff are excellent as is the Indian Restaurant. Lovely breakfast as well. 10-15 min walk up hill from main street.

The hotel had a great location with easy access to everything. The place was a bit old and had a slight damp smell, but overall it was an average stay. The breakfast was good, and the food, especially, was excellent.

We had a cheerful, warm welcome and easy check in. The room was small but spotless and the ensuite bathroom clean and everything worked. The shower was simple to operate and reasonably powerful. The breakfast was good, tasty and plentiful. This is a good, reasonably priced hotel and will be our first choice when we return to Pitlochry

The Craigvrach hotel is Truly the jewel in the crown of Pitlochry. This is a fantastic family run hotel. Service was excellent at all times, nothing was any trouble. We needed to move our room from upstairs to a downstairs room to accommodate my disabled friend and this was accomplished very quickly. The room was bright, spacious and wet room perfect. The staff were all excellent, Excellent full Scottish breakfast and fantastic traditional Indian menu. We ate every night in the restaurant as the food was so good. The car service of taking us into town and collecting us after our Enchanted Forest visit was first class and unexpected. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxed trip.Definitely worthy of 5 stars. We are looking forward to another visit. Thank you all for making our visit so wonderful.

Lovely one night Room very clean bed comfy.Staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast very good. Ate at the Restaurant for Dinner food was amazing. Staff very attentive. Bar attendant really good at advising on what drinks to choose very nicely presented . Definitely will return to the Craigvrack.

Hotel stay was good value for money. Excellent service throughout. Hotel was spotless. Breakfast provided a good variety and was of good quality. Would of tried the restaurant if we were staying longer. Will choose again if going to the area.

Craigvrack Break.

The hotel was excellent with comfortable beds and great shower. Breakfast was superb and plentiful with an array of choices. The restaurant served the most amazing Indian food that my wife and I have ever tasted. Variety of wine was great but the Gin and whisky choices was out of this world. Finally all the staff could not be more helpful and nothing was to much trouble. We will be back.

Fint og roligt sted

Pænt sted med høflig betjening. Skal man spise aftensmad på stedet, er det bedst hvis man kan li’ indisk mad. Morgenmaden var skotsk og god. Eneste anke var, at man ikke kunne åbne vinduet (låst).

We ended up in twin room as no doubles left…. Comfortable beds, ground floor was quiet. Ate dinner in evening in restaurant it was Indian cuisine and was so delicious. Staff lovely very knowledgeable about food and helped with choices. Breakfast was equally tasty, freshly cooked and piping hot. Would definitely like to stay here again. Thanks

So upon arrival, the room still was not avaliable 1/2 hr prior to check in time,16:00. Seemed as though the entire premises didnt open until 16:00. Breakfast may have been included but we were not greeted and advised where to seat ourselves. When staff approached us we were told we sat at the wrong table and no mention was made of ordering a hotmeal breakfast, leading us to believe it was cold cereals and toast. Then after sitting for 20mins eating toast and yogurt we were informed by same staff member that a hot "Scottish breakfast" was available. Service industry is simple, what the challenge is communication skills! The carpets definitely need changing!
