"Dean and Paul were exceptional hosts, and within minutes after our arrival it felt like we were visiting with old friends. It truly was one of the warmest and friendliest environments I have ever experienced at a boutique hotel. Paul’s skills as a chef were amazing, as well! The breakfasts were superb and the lone dinner eaten at the hotel was also memorably delicious. Clean rooms, super staff and a great location for exploring central Scotland, the Birchwood Pitlochry checks all these boxes...

"All the staff were very friendly, chattyand pleasant.
The hotel was easy to locate with ample parking, the hotel was clean and tidy.
Check in was easy and quick with all useful information provided.
The room was on the first floor with lift and stair access. The room was clean , tidy but was chilly on arrival - quick blast of heating took the chill off.
Whilst the bathroom was vey clean there was a few cracked tiles on the door which could do with attention.
Good choice at breakfast, staff...

"Really nice place to explore the Highlands for a few days. Hotel has everything you need and the village has another nice pub nearby, if you’re looking for alternatives. Quiet location right next to the river. Great value for money."

"Our room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. I loved seeing the red squirrels at the bird feeders outside of our window. Breakfast was hearty and delicious, and John was very friendly and has a great sense of humor!"
