Etage Executive Living
Open floor plan and NO carpets makes for loud neighbors above, next to and below the room (for us, until 3 a.m. Sat/Sun). Also, you walk out the front into a bus stop and smoking regularly. Tight garage. Otherwise good rate and deal, and nice gym attached.
