"The room was clean. The rooms staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was satisfactory. Actually even had a spot for my trailer in the back during bike week. And then there was breakfast. Not so good there was one older black woman who was fantastic and did great with what they gave here to work with on Thursday morning. Highly recommend her. The rest of the staff on the other days was horrible. They could not keep the place clean or stocked. The Juice machine was falling apart and when they weren't out smoking they weren't helping. Do not recommend the breakfast unless they get their act together. Other than that we were satisfied with our stay at this location."

"The view from the room was fantastic, access to the boardwalk and beach and hotel staff were all friendly and helpful with the real standout being Gabriel in the hotel restaurant, literally the best waiter we've ever had. He was engaging, friendly and remembered us each morning. It's a touch like that which can make or break a stay. Even if we stayed elsewhere on the boardwalk in the future, we will be back to your restaurant because of the exceptional service, nice job!!!!"

"I booked a 2 room weekend stay at the Crystal Beach hotel for my wife and I and her cousin. Beach front. We loved that we could hear the waves from the bed. Sliding glass door on second floor balcony. The weather was half and half with rain Saturday into Sunday. The rooms were 2 queens in each room and still spacious enough especially considering my wife is in a wheelchair. We will definitely be considering here again soon. The only complaint I have is the vending machines on the first floor don't have card readers. So I went to the check in area where there is an ATM only to get back and realize the machines only take 1 and 5 dollar bills! 😂. . Bring ones and five dollar bills!"

"Rooms are decent. Beds are so uncomfortable though, we could barely sleep. My AC didn’t work either. Pool and hot tub area could use a good cleaning and upgrades. Hot tub doesn’t get up to appropriate temperature. Staff were very helpful though.coffee at the Bistro was excellent as well!"
