"Fahad the front desk person went over and above to help out when our room ac was not functioning. They ensured they got it fixed by night and the front desk people were apologetic the next day. The rooms are really nice. It’s a boutique luxury hotel so not bad for that"

"It's a beautiful hotel in a great location for walking everywhere in the Gothic Quarter. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The terrace on top is very nice and quite comfortable in the evenings. The breakfast set up is excellent. The areas I would suggest for improvement would be to get an iron for guests and make sure that the TV's work properly. Our remote did't work right and was not fixed or replaced. "This is a clean no frills hotel. It is in an excellent location. Even though it is located right on Los Ramblas it was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent and everything is walkable from there. We took the bus from the airport, and it was only about a 10-minute walk to get to the hotel."

Muy bien ubicado a unos metros caminando de una estación de metro que te comunica con las mayores atracciones de la ciudad.
