Right in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, within walking distance of the Cathedral, La Rambla, great restaurants, shops, and major attractions. "The hotel has a great location...overlooking the plaza and right in the middle of the old town. There are a few problems...1) If you have a room with balcony that overlooks the plaza, be prepared for crowd noise ALL night long...you might want to wear ear plugs to sleep. 2). There is no elevator and the hotel is on the fourth floor...fortunately our taxi cab driver went out of his way and carried our two 50 pound bags up the four fights."

"We booked this property because it had a pool but the day before check in they let us know that the pool was not available but that we could use the pool at other properties, one of which was 30 mins away. I asked if they could move the booking to these other locations but they did not have availability.
