Placerita Canyon State Park

On the trail just past the Oak of the Golden Dream I found this beautiful carpet of fallen leaves.

However the excursion wasn't a total waste of time as there are plenty of trails and scenic spots.

I couldn't quite get in the position I wanted as there was something rattling a few yards ahead. Warning heeded!
