Clean room, when we called to front desk told us there were no rooms but then we booked one online and checked in 5 minutes later. Breakfast ok just no gluten free option besides fruit.

The room was very clean & nice & very comfortable. Staff was excellent. It was near restaurants & attractions. The pool & spa were down & I was very much looking forward to that & it didn't mention it as I booked on one of the sites which may have influenced y decision to bok the room

There were empty liquor bottles amongst various other items in the drawers, tv didn't work, stains all over the carpet, smelled like pets. Glacier in the fridge.

My room smells like cat pee. And the TV didn’t work. The light flickered. The staff hardly said two words to me checking in and checking out. I was in town for a funeral. I just needed a place to sleep. I would’ve taken the time to complain. My emotions were elsewhere.

Considering they’re in the middle of renovating because of transitioning from the Rodeway Inn to Auburn House Hotel, the room was adequate for the price.

It was right in the freeway, so the road noise was a little loud. Also, there was a significant amount of dust and debris in one corner, and if I had been traveling with children I would have asked that it be cleaned or I have another room. But since I wasn’t staying in the room much, I just ignored it. The breakfast was ok, but the pancake machine ran out of batter around 9am and there was no active attendant on duty to change it, so the second day I only got one pancake.

By far the worst place I have ever stayed in. The room stinks and was very dirty. Do not recommend. It was all dirty . Way over priced for what you get. Cockroaches in the room. Stains on sheets . Bad smell on pillows . No blankets. Overall very bad experience.

At least two lights in the room didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. The phone didn’t work. The parking is horrible. There were hairs on the bed and the so-called breakfast was nothing more than bread and a piece of fruit would never stay here again.

Expect to pay an extra 20 dollars if you check in before 3pm even if the room is ready!! In addition , they will not hold your bags in storage or allow you to sit by the very small pool before 3pm check-in
