"There was a little problem with the parking being near a flight of stairs as my aunt uses a waker. A bigger problem was the TV did not work. The electricity was off in the morning. It went off at 6:45am was still off when we left at 10:30am so the was nothing hot including coffee for breakfast. I was told I would recieve a discount due to tv not working. Still have received no refund and it is almost a week."

"The room was dated but clean, bed was not comfortable and for the love of Carl can you please give us more than one pillow that has at least a little integrity? No evelvator so be prepared to take your luggage up stairs. The worst part was we lost power in the middle of the night - not their fault but OOOF! It stayed off all night and all morning. We left very early down a very dark hallway and staircase as there was no way to get coffee or anything. Doubt I would return."

"I always stay at Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites when I have to come to the area for work. I feel safe there; the property is clean; staff are helpful and friendly. I love that it is pet-friendly, too, as I usually bring my lab with me on these trips. The hotel is located close to eateries, shopping, a movie theater ... Can't beat it. Lastly, I love that it is close to the American River Bike Trail! I enjoyed walking with my dog on the trail in the mornings when I stayed there in June. I...

"My staff was very nice and helpful. I was hesitant to stay there first cause it was a motel six however, when I went in, I just asked if the rooms were clean and the stuff actually let me go into the room to see for myself, which I thought was cool. It wasn’t a nice location with a great pizza place called Wally’s next door."
