"Nice facility. My shower didn't work and the ac leaked"

"My husband and I have been coming here every year the last 4 years celebrating our anniversary. We absolutely love it. Our stay is always pleasant. There is plenty to do within walking distance of the resort. We aren't huge beach go'ers but still love the view from the resort. The poolside rooms are our absolute favorite. This last trip we tried out the spa and both got therapeutic massages. It did not disappoint! We are normally kidless for the anniversary trip but last year brought our toddler because we knew she would have a blast. This whole trip we talked about all the things she would love and can't wait to bring her back! The only complaint we have is the A/C. It's motion detected so at night when we were asleep we woke up numerous times because it had gotten up to 75 plus degrees in our room. We typically sleep at 68 degrees comfortably at home and any other hotel we stay at. We did get a box fan brought to our room from staff but we didn't mention the A/C issue. We will mention it our next stay as despite the heat we had a great time as usual. "

"One of the newest hotels at clearwater beach ⛱️ Breat location in the middle steps from peir 60. We stayed here twice and had zero complaints both times. Would definitely stay here again."

"There was rust inside the toilet that made it appear like feces. Could easily be solved with the right abrasive cleaning solution."

"First day there the toilet handle broke. The utensils were still dirty. The pool is way smaller than it appears in pictures. Water pressure for shower was nonexistent. Don’t recommend staying here."

"The beach view was amazing! The staff super friendly. The rooms were clean little out of date. The beds and pillows super comfortable. There was a little kitchen sink, microwave, mini fridge toaster and silverware! Plenty to do on the resort! Plus it’s on an absolutely stunning beach. Everything extra food & drinks pretty costly. But so worth it! We’ll definitely come back!"

"Great location! Sloppy Joe’s restaurant is right on the property with great food and live music. I especially like that they provide beach chairs, beach towels and pool towels to their guests."

"This was the best experience we have ever had! We arrived and were amazed by the beauty building, clean and sneezing good, view of the ocean and access to the beach.When we went to check in we were told that our toom us upgraded.The room was on the 9th floor and was a big one bedroom appointment with one and a half bathroom.We went to the balcony and woooow!!! Huge area with many tables, chairs, couche and an incredible view of East,West and North.In the morning we were able to see the sunrise on East and full moon on North side, over the ocean.The weather was cloudy both nights and we weren't able to see the sunset but we saw the huge full moon on the North-East side.We ordered in room service the first morning and we were pleasantly surprised of the huge portions, the way the dishes were presented and how delicious the food and cappuccino was.Later on we had delicious drinks at the pool.They gave us towels for the beach also. The second day on the afternoon they brought free ice-cream at the pool. At the halfway on our floor there was an area with free pre packaged snacks and water.We have booked only two nights but after we saw the hotel and the room we wished we booked it for more days.The location is very convenient to shops, restaurants and live Entertainment.There was a wedding at the hotel the one night, no destructive noise or anything.On site they have a nice restaurant, poolside bar and Tiki bar. We ate breakfast at the restaurant on our second day with nice vie"
