Where is construction going on right now at the hotel in different rooms, and I was not told that on check-in, and I work nights and sleep during the day and construction started at 8 AM and I was unable to sleep with no notification of any construction going on when I checked in

Phil was at the front desk, and he was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very nice. We were disappointed in the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were not hot, even though they were in the appropriate containers. That was the main part of the breakfast.

Very nice stay. Great location - convenient to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast is always a great plus! Just keep in mind that the hotel is pet-friendly, so that the rooms are very strongly deodorized and sanitized. The smell was overwhelming to one who has allergies and a long condition. I didn’t know. I will keep this in mind in the future. Otherwise a great stay!

This is nicest Comfort Inn, I have ever stayed at. The most important thing, is that breakfast was served timely EVERY morning at 6am. So me being a travel nurse who had to be at work by 06:30am, even on weekends, allowed me to have access to the free breakfast.....LOVED it!!!

I booked this room for my parents who are in their 60's and live off the quitest road you can think of in SC. So finding the perfect hotel means everything! My parents were SO happy with everything. Not one complaint! They said they would be back soon just because their stay was good and the hotel is pet friendly. Super quiet, clean, great breakfast. 10/10

I enjoyed the staycation very much!!! The housekeeping was amazing and cleaned my room every single day, clean towels, made the bed took out the trash. The staff was very helpful and polite especially Jeff at the front desk. I even enjoyed the pool area that was also clean and reserved for people who have little kids , family members and they do not allow horse play no so you can enjoy the atmosphere.

They were doing work at 8am and it woke us up . Banging on the walls. I asked for a different room and they said all the rooms would be like that . Very frustrating that I spent that much money on Expedia to wake up to banging. I couldn't just go get another motel because it was already included in the price .We ended up leaving a day early because of this inconvenience. So pretty much wasted my money on the last night. They need to do better and at least close down the motel down or let guest know before hand so they can make the decision whether they want to stay there or not. I feel totally robbed on my vacation. I won't be staying at another comfort inn ever again. Do better to insure your guest have a better experience you should be ashamed of yourself. Money hungry is what truly matters to them and that disappointing. .

For the time that I spent there, it was a pleasant experience. From the time I checked in to the time I left everyone was helpful because it was my first time in Clearwater and its been a long time since I was in an hotel (I usually do air bnb). I must say it was pleasant and I would do it again. The front desk was more than friendly, they were able to expound on going thru website like expedia, which was very helpful to me. Breakfast was laid out nice and neat and the server kept up with the neatness no matter how I messed things up. 5 stars for everything, I didnt swim but wanted too, didnt have time.
