"Parking was good. Breakfast was not set up in an orderly fashion but food was decent. Water pressure was low and tub is very slippery. Phone in the room did not work. The bed was comfortable and clean. Rooms are in need of a deep clean, especially carpet and tile."

"Front desk was professional and friendly—better than expected Room / bed was very comfortable—as expected for a Hampton Inn Breakfast was very good—better than most Hampton Inns. Scrambled eggs, waffles and bacon. Minor problems with faucet drainage and loose tub faucet and no microwave. Also limited parking. These were minor concerns. My family was quite satisfied and we will return"

"John who was at the desk the evening that we checked in was the consummate professional - a very gracious host. The ground are nicely kept; the lobby is clean and inviting; and the room was very clean, comfortable, and the bed was perfect. The hostess for breakfast was very friendly and helpful. All things considered, I would stay here again over other hotels within a few exits on the interstate. "

"HORRIBLE! We drove 2 1/2 hours for BS. The host was terrible. I didn’t get the room I already booked and she did not give me refund or even offer to make the situation better. We get into a whole other room just for the TV to not work properly, water didn’t even reach over a cool 70 degrees. Me and my husband ultimately left early due to the condition of the room and surrounding area. I’m talking they had crackheads, at least 3 vehicles with flat tires or missing windshields; it looked like people had been staying there for years. Truly a terrible stay. When we checked out early the woman accused us of stealing a $3 rag!! Are you kidding me I have nothing good to say about this place and would’ve gotten a refund had I known I was able to. Flat out worst hotel experience ever!"
