"They only send corespondance in french. I’ve asked for english version, but no response. I tried to pre book transportation from the airport, but no response. However, the hotel was clean, facilities ok. A little long walk to center, but bus station was nearby."

"The Gym was under repair, I ordered Water, I think they forgot , after an hour call them , they bring a small one , another 15 min to get it. One day I want to sleep more than usual at 9 they start to do noise , I think they were under remodeling or something . I have some clothes to clean , they told me that next day I will have them, it was 9pm , I have to call them twice to get my clothes, Terrible service , never get back."

"This was our 6th time staying at this hotel: Did feel this time it wasn’t as good as previous stays. Breakfast was very good, however a limited menu in the evening we stayed 4nights and the menu didn’t change.The outdoor pool is open until 9 at night and is by the restaurant so can get noisy with children using it in the evening. Rooms are clean and service very good so is the location which is very close to shops etc."

"Our stay was very disappointing overall. After a long day of traveling, we expected to check in at the advertised 4:00 PM check-in time, but our room was not ready until 5:30 PM. Waiting an extra 90 minutes after a long journey was frustrating, and what made it worse was the complete lack of concern from the staff. "The lobby was disappointing and needs improvements (e.g. ceiling fixes, lighting). The room was nice! And staff was super helpful. We used the beach one day at a cost of €35 each. Was good service there too. (RECO: Bring or buy water shoes because the rocks hurt!)"

"Great location. Short walk to shopping and Old Town. Our room had high ceilings and big windows, and was larger than what we were expecting. A/C was great and staff was wonderful. Parking is somewhat problematic as it is off site at a nearby parking garage, but you’re able to get a discounted rate which was greatly appreciated as we were here three nights."
