"They only send corespondance in french. I’ve asked for english version, but no response. I tried to pre book transportation from the airport, but no response. However, the hotel was clean, facilities ok. A little long walk to center, but bus station was nearby."

"The Gym was under repair, I ordered Water, I think they forgot , after an hour call them , they bring a small one , another 15 min to get it. One day I want to sleep more than usual at 9 they start to do noise , I think they were under remodeling or something . I have some clothes to clean , they told me that next day I will have them, it was 9pm , I have to call them twice to get my clothes, Terrible service , never get back."

"Excellent hotel in a high demand area. Was very impressed with the hotel’s standards, cleanliness, amenities and modernisation. The location is brilliant and is in short walking distance to most of Cannes hottest spots, as well as the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, at both reception and the cleaning staff. Not a bad word to say about our stay and would love to stay again on our next visit. "The hotel is tired, you can see the wear starting in the lobby. The location is superb, close to all and the rooms were comfortable and clean but the pillows tough. The hotel could use some upgrading as it’s very worn."

"There was no fridge or microwave in the room, however small items could be kept in fridge behind front desk. A huge issue for us travelling with kids was no access to a microwave anywhere on the property. It was quite expensive but a beautiful well run hotel with helpful staff and very nice rooms. One suggestion would be in the family suite there is zero space next to the sink to place amenities. A shelf would have been helpful."

"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel with our two children. It is perfectly situated in the downtown area and the view of the cathedral is stunning. You are close to restaurants, cafes, luxury shopping, parks, and much more. The beach is a simple and straight 15 minute walk. The breakfast included was also delicious. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit snug, but they are cozy and we didn’t plan on spending much time inside anyway. Don’t hesitate to book it!"

"I had a good-sized, comfortable, very traditionally styled room overlooking a quiet street. It needed a little repair and maintenanace in places, but nothing serious, and the in-room amenities were a bit sparse. The hotel is well placed for walking access to the central station, the seafront, the main shopping area, bars and restaurants, and the old town."

"einfach alles in allem TOP ! super nettes Personal, Moderne große Zimmer, eigener Parkplatz, überragendes Frühstück. Einziges Manko: Hatten ein Zimmer neben der Rezeption und dort gibt es kaum gut isolierte Türen. In der Nacht leider extrem laut gewesen, es war als würde jemand neben einem stehen und sprechen. Hier könnte man nachbessern - alles andere jedoch herausragend!"

"What a lovely spot! Hôtel de Provence is the sweetest hotel in Cannes. It’s quiet and peaceful but still close to the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our balcony, as well as the outdoor seating areas, and the staff were wonderful! We absolutely recommend staying here."
