"We were only here 2 nights and visiting Iwith friends a town away. So did not have time to sample the restaurant or pool which b7oth looked great. But our room was lovely, well equipped and comfortable, the views out across the grounds were a treat. Would happily stay here again"

"The setting was unique. Originally hundreds of years old stone farmhouse. Grounds were extensive with vegetation, creek and pond, ponies, goats, etc. And many birds for bird watching. Gourmet restaurant on the premises."

"Staff was great; kind and very helpful. They offered a free buffet breakfast which was ample and good. The room, although a bit dated, was clean, comfortable and in working order. The location is on the Loire du Velo bike trail, near vineyards and wineries and less than 10 minutes from Chinon city center. Realize that this is an old manor so enjoy the charm and ambiance. "
