"Loved my stay here! The staff is friendly and helpful and the property is clean, comfortable and nicely appointed with a small bar and dining area. My room was spotless with an updated and spacious bathroom. The bed and linens were comfortable and there was a cozy reading chair as well. I loved the thoughtful decorative nods to the Berkshires and its history throughout. My only suggestion would be an adjustable desk chair as it was pretty low."

"We stayed one night. It was a very easy check-in and out. Both individuals at the desk were pleasant and efficient. Our room was large and immaculately clean. Nothing fancy but it had everything we needed. The small refrigerator and microwave were appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. If in the area again in the future, we would be happy to stay at the Maple Terrace Motel."

"In need of a complete renovation, especially motel part. Very tired and dated. All the air around the doors smells like smoke. Everything is in disrepair, stains on the bed cover. We booked a king with a pullout couch but couch was not a pullout. Very sad and ridiculously expensive for what it is - they take advantage of graduation weekend to charge ridiculous rates. “Breakfast” was minimal, tiny yogurts, powdered eggs. "
