"The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We received a very warm welcome upon check-in. It is worth noting that you need to book a regular taxi, not an Uber or Lyft, to get picked up and dropped off directly at the property. Otherwise, it's a bit of a walk with luggage. Rooms are cozy and have everything you could need. Would definitely stay there again."

The modern way the facility was maintained with pads to request service and housekeeping did not work. When we requested our room to be made up and towels exchanged it did not happen, yet the computer showed we did request it. I'm not sure if it was electronic request or human error. "It is conveniently located. The room was really small but well appointed. Breakfast was good, bread was missing as morning ran through. Sound proof rooms."

The only negative I can think of is if you are super tall like my husbsnd he barely fit in the tub. Hotel is in a great central location and close walking to a lot of restaurants, shops,cafes."

"Hotel City Zurich location next to Zurich main station, very close to tram number 10 which bring you only small CHF to and fro to the Zurich main airport in only 35 minute. A lot of junk food and chocolate shop also big retailer. So easy getting the hotel if you come in a hurry. Room is clean but very big enough for bringing your family. It is a pleasant to stay more than a day. "
