"The room was amazing! And the hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location!"

"An absolutely stunning hotel in a fabulous location, absolute luxury and cannot fault. Room was pure comfort with a view to die for through the floor length windows and from the balcony. Hotel has a beautiful terrace for enjoying the stunning views. "Best property!!"

"Nice stay in a beautiful setting but expensive for stay overall."

"The property has a lot of amenities, bike rental and the breakfast was of good quality and varied. It has a really well-equipped fitness room; there is live music in the restaurant area on Fridays, when I staid the brazilian singer performing was quite awesome. Not far from the shoreline either and in minutes in Palma's old town. Would select it again."

"Sehr schönes Hotel. Leckeres Frühstück. Der Pool war auch sauber und erfrischend im Hochsommer. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen"

"We had an amazing stay at Alcázar. The room was beautiful, breakfast excellent, and the staff was truly professional and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!"

"The property lobby and staff were wonderful! A little bit outdated in the hallways, but the pool was excellent and I liked how close the location was to the beach and other restaurants. I wish the shower was a bit better as the water kept leaking out of it and onto the bathroom floor!"

"The pool hours ended very early at 630 pm. I was out seeing the city and would have loved to come back and be able to use the pool. I was aware of the proximity of the airport, but the room I had in the property was very close to the runway and the planes were only a couple of blocks away from their take-off/ landing. Overall the property was well maintained, clean, and the food was consistently decent. I felt the staff were friendly and helpful."

"a beautiful hotel in a perfect location!! Breakfast every morning was delicious and the view from our balcony was so stunning!"

"スタッフの方はとても親切で、英語が話せなかった中で翻訳機を使って丁寧に説明してくれたり、早朝のタクシーの手配、朝ごはんを持ち帰り用に準備してくれたりととても助かりました。 部屋も清潔にされており、問題なかったです。場所が少しパルマから離れているので周辺のご飯屋さんは少なく感じました。 とにかくスタッフの感じが良かったのでまた訪れたいです。"
