"Staff was friendly. Room was pretty clean.asked for a room with sofa but did not get that. Asked for more pillows since had to watch TV from bed but Did not get those. Room was not serviced, and did not get clean towels even when we asked for them. They did not even empty the trash. Front desk did not tell us there was a shuttle. Coffee was undrinkable."

Or you can pay 7.50 cents to enter the parking structure to be dropped off by an elevator only to lead you to a different broken down cobblestone walkway with no auto opener. "Wonderful stay. The pool and hot tub were a major plus guest services on point!! My airport transport was not honored when we left. That's okay. I found another way to make it back. Very comfortable beds. Super clean. Bathrooms were lovely with plenty of towels and amenities."
