"We received the check-in instruction the day before, everything went smoothly. Parking right beside of the apartment gate, very useful to have the apartment on the ground floor for luggage. Apartment looked new, kitchen has no oven or microwave or dishwasher or washing machine, but well equipped to cook small meals. It is like 2km from the town center or less than 10min drive. Neighbourhood feel safe. "

"Very much disappointed., I was shocked when I found that our room was alloted in the basement of the hotel. The room was dark as the amount of daylight enters through two small windows at ceiling height is very less. It is worth mentioning here that we had to cancel earlier accommodation and book this particular hotel hurriedly because to meet the requirements of Slovenian Consular for submission of non refundable hotel booking document for Visa approval. "We stayed at 3 hotels in Ljubljana this trip around the same price and the Four Points Sheraton was BY FAR the best one. The most comfortable bed, friendly staff, spacious room, very clean. One of my favorite 4 star hotels we’ve stayed at in Europe. There is a pool and a nice sauna in the gym available until 10pm, you need to set the heat for sauna hotter when you get down there. There is a small cafe/bar area downstairs very convenient for coffee in the mornings (she made oat milk lattes for me too very appreciated). We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to an even larger room and we were spoiled by it, we can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. Free parking for guests. Again, the most comfortable bed. It doesn't seem like it from the outside but the rooms have a luxurious feel. We will stay here again every time we return to Ljubljana. "
