"Friendly staff"

"The Grand is a nice property. Very quiet and clean with a friendly staff. Appreciate the urn of ice water available in the lobby. It's well situated downtown. Very happy with my room. The bed was huge! The room did get a bit stuffy at night even with the ceiling fan. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Very much enjoyed my short stay. Visited family so definitely staying at The Grand again. "

"The hotel is darling! We had the opportunity to sit by the pool, it was loud due to traffic, but still wonder as the pool is fantastic and the chairs were comfortable. We didn’t have dinner at the Knife, but were able to walk across the street and shop and dine. Overall it’s a 10 out of 10! "

"We love the atmosphere at Hotel Zaza! Beautiful room, love our balcony overlooking the pool, best valet staff in Dallas, great bar area, good food at their restaurants. Everything is perfect at Hotel Zaza! We have stayed there at least 5 times and we will be back!"

"This was such a great stay! We did not know what to expect upon arrival and this was definitely fantastic. This stay is polar opposite from our last visit to Dallas. We will be staying at The Warwick every time we visit Dallas now. Great spacious hallways, great views from the room, and what a gorgeous pool.
