"Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing overall. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the EV charging stations, but the charger needed for my vehicle was broken and unusable, which created a major inconvenience. When I asked about the broken charger they said it had been that way for quite some time.
The bar service was also very poor. Staff seemed inattentive, service was slow, and the overall experience felt disorganized. On top of that, the hotel decor is undergoing a remodel which, in my opinion is not an improvement. Having stayed here several times over the years, I've enjoyed the industrial Soho decor charm. It's now gone and feels very "on brand" with the chain.
There were a few decent aspects to the stay, but overall it did not meet expectations, and we will likely choose a different hotel next time."
