Hotel dekat Plantation Heritage Park

"Great"

"The hotel is so beautiful, rooms nice, but it seems like a cover up to wheel customers in. The breakfast was horrible. The sausages taste horrible, eggs horrible. I’m not done! Imagine getting in the shower to feel that there’s no hot water like that. It felt like cool sink water with a bit of warm. I couldn’t even go in the water. They definitely need to do better with the shower water. And I dislike the tv. I’ve never been in a nice hotel like this and we don’t have Netflix or YouTube. I was...

"Very clean hotel. Room very clean and nice. Staff is very pleasant ❤️"

"Simply felt like at home and convenient to everything"

"I experience roach and lizard in my room. That was not cool at all! The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem I can say I encountered was the agent said I’ll have to pay for WiFi!! Like that was not communicated! But overall I the staff was friendly and accommodating."

"The room is dirty. The staff is great. They’re just underpaid. It’s a corporation. I get it no problem, but they have a bunch of properties. This property does not have a pool they’re understaffed obviously whoever owns the corporation doesn’t want to pay people just like how most American companies are, but it’s convenience. That’s why they’re making money and they don’t charge a deposit which is a plus so it’s a good place to stay if you just want something cheap but don’t bring a bathing suit...

"No complaints"

"Room was clean and spacious. Great location"

"Staff is so kind, professional and helpful!! James is a big plus for your suites!! We will definitely stay there again not to mention breakfast!! Our room was clean so spacious everything you need and more!!"

"The room was extremely comfortable. I liked the bed. The only thing I do not like is when you arrive they tell you parking is $10 extra. Charge me $10 more for the room. Don’t nickel and dime me when I arrive. It’s annoying after a long day of travel."
